Doing the Deep Dive ($225/month after initial visit- 3 month minimum sign up)

Ideal for individuals desiring an intensive exploration and treatment of complex symptoms or to begin the reversal of a disease process (ie: SIBO, autoimmune conditions, mast cell activation, long covid, mold or heavy metal exposure)

  • 60 min every 4 weeks to review labs or make adjustments in the treatment plan. Additional visits will be charged a la cart pricing.

  • Access to wholesale labs for hormones, basic blood panels and nutrient levels including cholesterol (lab fees not included)

  • Email communication with provider. Excess emails or complex concerns will be asked to schedule a visit to discuss.

  • Access to health coaching for nutrition and lifestyle support

  • Access to newsletter, blog, and all online educational content

  • Fullscript access with 15% savings on supplements

  • May add holistic primary care for $65/mo

Ready for Change ($175/month after initial visit- 3 month minimum sign up)

Ideal for individuals wanting to take the initial step of exploring root causes through lab work and further consultation. Excellent for addressing hormone dysregulation, food sensitivities and metabolic syndrome. 

  • 60 min appointment every 6-8 weeks to review labs or make adjustments in treatment plan. Additional visits will be charged a la cart pricing

  • Access to wholesale labs for hormones, basic blood panels and nutrient levels including cholesterol (lab fees not included)

  • Email communication with provider. Excess emails or complex concerns will be asked to schedule a visit to discuss.

  • Health Coaching for nutrition and lifestyle support-

  • Access to newsletter, blog, group visits and all online educational content

  • Notification and ability to participate in all group events and workshops both online and in the Taos community.

Holistic Primary Care ($95/month after initial intake visit)

Ideal for those that are already invested in their health and are seeking another layer of support and guidance or those who feel lost in a “sick care system” and desire more emphasis on wellness and health promotion. 

  • Annual physical and basic lab testing with review (lab fee not included)

  • 4 wellness consultations per year (this does not include functional medicine labs or consultations)

  • Basic prescription management/refills (HRT, blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid etc)

  • Unlimited sick visits via telehealth or in office as needed. *Additional fee for point of care testing

  • Preventive and lifestyle-focused care with nutrition consultations and health coaching

  • Ongoing support and provider communication via text and email

  • Access to a monthly newsletter, blog and all online educational content

  • Fullscript account with 10% savings

  • Access to monthly wellness workshops and offerings
